TBR Readathon Wrap-Up Post!

Well I have totally filled in my Update post and I must say I'm slightly disappointed with my results, though completely understand how they came about. The thing is, the weekend that this challenge has fallen upon has been very busy for me. On Friday and Saturday I had work so didn't have much time to read unfortunately. While Sunday and Monday are normally my designated catch-up days, I travelled down to Ashford to spend time with family (Sunday was Mother's Day in the UK) and came back today, Monday. I've had plenty of chores and other things to be getting on with too, so my reading time has been limited. That being said,  promised a final summary, so here it is!

I'm not sure I can even count that as a book completed because I did start it pre-Readathon, so I won't be entering it into the raffle. Still it was a lot of fun and I can't wait to get into my next Readathon, the sign-up post for which went up today!

I'm a bit behind on my Reading Schedule so I don't know how successful I'll be with this challenge, as I'm currently partway through one of my reads. I have work on Saturday and here in the UK, Mother's Day is Sunday so I'll be spending a lot of time with mine and Mat's parents! Hopefully Monday I will have time to do a lot of catching up!

The 'Take Control Of Your TBR Pile' Challenge (March 2015) Goals & Readathon Sign-Up Post.

This post is really just serving as a reminder that I am taking part in this challenge this month and I am really looking forward to it! My goal for this month is obviously to get through the seven books that I have posted for this month's Planned Reads post, which would mean seven entries into the giveaway at the end of the month. Of course I would love to do more, and I have a few books lined up in case that happens. I won't give those away just yet though, because I don't want to put too much pressure on myself!

Another quick note, for those wanting to take part in something like this but can't see themselves committing to a full month (those people that have a ton of arcs to get through for example) why not take part in the Readathon instead?

It gives you the chance to catch up on one, maybe even a couple of those books that have been sitting on the shelf for some time. I'll be taking part (as part of the Challenge) and it looks like a lot of fun with prizes to be won!
